IRCC is expanding the use of automated tools and artificial intelligence to help sort and process visitor visas submitted from outside Canada. This tool is efficient specially from countries with high volume of applications.

According to IRCC, the automated tool “never refuses or recommends refusing applications. IRCC officers will always make the final decision to approve or refuse applications”.
