To apply for your Canadian permanent resident visa, using the services offered on this page, you must meet one of the following requirements.

• You have received the invitation from IRCC to submit your PR application, under express entry for Skilled workers, Canada Experience Class or Skilled trades Class,
• You have the Certificate de Selection du Québec (CSQ), for Skilled Workers, from the ministry of immigration Quebec
• You have the confirmation of nomination by a Canadian province or a territory, under one of their immigration streams for skilled workers.
• You received the endorsement certificate from the Atlantic province that has endorsed you as a skilled or semi-skilled worker
• The Immigration Refugee Board (IRB) determined that you are a convention refugee or a person in need of protection.
• You received a positive decision on your Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) from IRCC
• You are a member of the Protected Temporary Residents Class (PTRC)*.

* Protected Temporary Residents are individuals admitted to Canada on a temporary resident permit and who have been determined to be in urgent need of protection by a visa office.
If the IRCC accepts your application as complete, they will send you a file number and tell you your next steps, including which Canadian visa office will process your application.
